HUDSON MIRROR — Hand-Thrown Ceramic Candle | Aquatic Woody

Hudson Mirror holds the memory of a winter morning on the Hudson — that particular stillness when the river surface freezes to glass. More than a scent experience, it is a clearing. A transparent point of exit for a mind that has been carrying too much.

Each vessel is hand-thrown in our Hoboken studio and fired at 1280°C using a celadon reduction technique. The blue-green tones surface and recede depending on light — no two pieces carry the same depth of color. What reads as imperfection is, in fact, the kiln's own handwriting.

When the candle is gone, the ceramic remains — a permanent fixture on your desk, your shelf, wherever stillness lives in your home.

Each vessel is hand-thrown — Net weight: 8 oz (small) / 10 oz (large). Actual dimensions vary slightly by piece. Burn time is approximate.
